My journey, rooted in telecommunications and technology, has led me to the nonprofit sector. As Associate Director of Development at Students Rising Above, I blend my passion for donor cultivation with data, empowering students facing systemic barriers to define and find success through education, career, and in life.

This path is deeply personal. As a cancer survivor and daughter of a Laotian refugee, resilience and empathy drive me. They shape my approach to storytelling and building meaningful relationships in my role.

Beyond my primary role, I specialize in philanthropy CRM, offering a range of services including audit, maintenance, strategy, and implementation to support the growth of nonprofits. Additionally, I host workshops on leveraging artificial intelligence for nonprofits, aiming to demystify and harness this technology for greater impact.
